Why must we live this way in the underground? ... Because I would have it no other way. If there is one you will always get out of me it is honesty.. Growing up in L.A. California had its ups and downs. Been listening to all this music since the very beginning, Kiss changed my life at 10 years old, Slayer grew on me in "85",and Bathory expanded my well being in 1987... After that there is too much to tell. I'm a musician (I sing, play drums, bass, guitar, keys) went to live sound school and passed with flying colors.I was in my first death Metal band in 1989 (I was 18) we tried to be like Kreator and we sucked! From there things got better. I've been in goth, punk bands, black, death, doom metal bands, cover / tribute bands etc etc. and the one thing these bands all have in common is that most of the musicians are flakes. And talk about Ego ... whew!! I'm married and no longer care to play just to try to get chicks. The music is what the underground is. I have a very wide range of likes in music. Hell I even like The Go-Gos and the theme music from star trek 2!! I'll always have long hair, will scorn all religion, and will have that respect for the founding fathers of metal and rock.
